Are you real estate agents or brokers?

No. Plum Strategies is not a traditional real estate brokerage. We are a residential real estate investment and advisory firm focused on strategy, evaluation, and execution rather than listings or commissions.

What options do you typically provide?

Every situation is different, but we commonly advise on and execute solutions such as as-is sales, strategic resales (novation-style structures), renovations and flips, or other non-traditional exits based on goals, timelines, and property condition.

How long does the process usually take?

Timelines vary depending on the property, situation, and chosen strategy. Some solutions can move quickly, while others focus on maximizing value over time. Our role is to clearly outline the options, timelines, and trade-offs upfront so you can make informed decisions.

Do you buy the property directly?

In some cases, yes. In others, we may structure or coordinate alternative solutions. We explain exactly how each option works, including risks and outcomes, before anything moves forward.

Where do you operate?

We work with homeowners in select markets and on a case-by-case basis. Many consultations and evaluations can be handled remotely, allowing us to support clients even during difficult or time-sensitive situations.
